Park Hill , platted by Baron Allios Gillaume Engine von Winckler in 1887, is located in the northeastern part of Denver, bordered by Colorado Boulevard on the west, Colfax Avenue on the south, Quebec Street ont he east and 52nd Avenue on the north. It is divided into three administrative neighborhoods, South Park Hill, North Park Hill and Northeast Park Hill.Park Hill's convenient location to downtown and Cherry Creek coupled with beautiful brick homes has attracted many residents that want to live in the city.
Park Hill has a "Claim to Fame" in that Chauncey Billips, Detriot Pistons basketball player, LeDale White, an NFL running back and Denver Broncos running back Mike Bell were at one time or another Park Hill residents.
